- 12 x 25 on :30, :30, :20
- 10 x 50 kick on :55 (trouble making those, turned into a 500 kick)
- 8 x 100 on 1:40 (oof! Did 4, took a break and did 50 of #5, then finished the set.)
- 4 x 100 IM kick
- 10 x 75 drill on 1:30
- 3 x 100 pull: 1 - Fly/Free, 2 & 3 - Back/Free
- 2 x 100 will 4 pool lifts at the deep end.
